We will send you an acknowledgement by email with your order details. Our designers will contact you for additional information only if required. You will receive the initial design concepts within 3 business days.

After seeing our initial design visuals, you may want us to change or tweak your chosen design in some way. A 'Round of Development' is each set of tweaks, revisions or alterations requested by the client.

This depends on which package you choose. Each of our package descriptions state how many rounds of development are included in the price.

We will send you our initial designs and design revisions by email as a PDF file. You will need the free Acrobat Reader to view these files which is available from http://get.adobe.com/reader/

Once you have completed our Online Order Form you will be required to pay a 50% of the package price via Paypal before we can begin work. We accept credit card payment through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and easy way to transfer your money online. You need to create a PayPal account and once the PayPal account is created, you can easily transfer your deposit and final balance. We also accept personal or business cheques. We will issue a VAT receipt to you by email following your payment of the final balance.

This depends on factors such as the project deadline, your budget and personal preferences. If you already have a clear idea of what you want your logo to look like, or if you are in a hurry or have limited budget then you should probably select our great value £99 Logo Package. However, if you would prefer a choice of logo designs to select from, then our Logo Plus Package is the one for you.

If for some reason we didn't satisfy your requirements in the initial designs, we would carry out one free Round Of Development. If you are still not satisfied with our designs, new samples thereafter may be ordered for an additional 50% of the original package price.

As part of our website package we can manage your domain registration and web hosting requirements. All you have to do is choose a name for your website.

A domain is like an address that people use to find your website. For example, our domain is www.getelevated.com. You can use our Online Order Form to check the availability of your chosen domain name. We can also organise the registration of the domain through a third party internet service provider. Our Budget Company Website Package provides a FREE two-year registration of your chosen domain (subject to availability). Thereafter it would be your responsibility to renew the registration.

To make your website accessible to people using the internet, your website files must be hosted on a server that is connected to the web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Budget Company Website Package provides a FREE first year of web hosting within the package price. Thereafter it would be your responsibility to renew this service annually.

Search engines tend to find your site naturally via links from other sites. Google relies on your incoming links to determine your popularity and search-term relevance. There are other criteria that will rate where Google places you in the list. This criteria would normally be managed by a Search Engine Optimisation service. We do not currently provide a SEO service.
